As an independent company we have been able to establish our own culture, which we would describe as friendly and caring. Our numbers are such that all staff are on first name terms with Directors and the Directors' doors are always open.

We want people to enjoy coming to work and feel responsible for their own workload without being overwhelmed. Everyone is busy, but our company structure means that we all work in close-knit teams, so there is always someone to ask.

We have a strong belief in training and support staff in their achievement of professional qualifications.

Our social club is active with trips to France and the UK, evenings out and entertainment. At many events partners are welcome, because we don't need to hire the Albert Hall to get everyone together!

The testament to our culture and philosophy is captured in the low turnover of our senior staff. In all our locations there is strong competition for skilled and reliable people and yet a large number of our team have been with us for many years.
